Customized units - Aquatool®

If you have specific requests or need a product that is not standard and available off the shelf, we can, of course, customize it to match your needs. Our expertise and experience cover a wide range of high-pressure applications, from smaller high-pressure systems and machines operating at a few hundred bar to pressures as high as 7,000 bar.

Customized solutions are manufactured under our trademark, Aquatool®. Feel free to involve us from the beginning of your project—from product development/definition all the way to the commissioning of the equipment. We can assist in all phases as a consulting partner, with engineering calculations, drawings, and project planning, regardless of whether the equipment is produced by us or a third party.

If you have a job that requires our expertise, we are happy to visit for a non-binding consultation. In addition to specialized solutions for high-pressure cleaning and the necessary equipment, we also offer solutions for pressure testing, calibration, water jet cutting, process pumps, and much more, particularly in relation to PtX processes.

Experience

We have many years of experience delivering Aquatool solutions to industries such as energy (oil and gas, offshore/onshore, wind industry, substations, and PtX), cleaning of various items such as fishing nets and tank cleaning, testing units for CO2, pressure testing units, water jet cutting, marine fouling removal, and much more, with installations worldwide.

High pressure can be used for various jobs, often with energy-saving or optimizing effects.

The equipment is manufactured according to the required standards and specifications, including the ATEX directive if necessary. Naturally, the equipment is delivered with a user manual in Danish or any other desired language, along with drawings, electrical diagrams, test certificates.
